Personal Coaching and Counseling
We are flexible and understanding when you need help with your personal relationships. When you are dealing with problematic situations it may help to talk it over with an experienced counselor. Personal Coaches provide a safe and supportive environment for this. We listen deeply, keep your confidence, provide empathy, and hold you in an atmosphere of unconditional positive regard.
Though we are not medical doctors or psychiatrists* we do draw upon inspiration from philosophy, life and work experience, and doctoral level education and training in psychology.
